Andrew Hay

| Dr. Andrew Hay holds a doctoral degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alberta, is a professional engineer registered in B.C. and an honorary member of the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of B.C. (ASTTBC). He has taught at the University of Alberta, the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and Okanagan University College. He has been involved in a number of technology-related associations inc luding having served as the president and an executive board member of the Okanagan Science and Technology Council (OSTEC), a member of the ASTTBC Accreditation Board, the Airport Training Council, the National Committee of the Deans of Technology, and various international committees of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. He is currently serving on the Technology Education Career Council for B.C. and is the chair of the provincial Senior Academic Administrators' Forum.

Robert Eby

| Robert Eby is a chartered accountant with an Honors History degree from the University of B.C. and an Accounting Diploma from Simon Fraser University. Prior to coming to the College, he worked as a professional musician, as an accountant in public practice, and as the assistant secretary-treasurer with the Vernon School District. A graduate of Vernon Senior Secondary, he previously served on the Okanagan University College Board of Directors. He is the former treasurer of the United Way, and has been a director of the Community Foundation of the North Okanagan, treasurer of the Vernon Music School and treasurer of the Mackie Lake House Foundation.

Charlotte Kushner

| Charlotte Kushner has spent more than 25 years with Okanagan College, most recently as the Director of Continuing Studies. She has held a number of positions and has experience working in both credit and non-credit program areas, including roles on various institution-wide committees including Education Council, Joint Union Management Committee and the Library Advisory Committee. She has also been involved in a number of continuing education associations including having served as the President of the BC Continuing Education Deans and Directors for over 10 years, and has been an executive board member of various related committees such as the Continuing Education & Training Association of BC, the BC Labour Market Consortium and the BC Skills Development Consortium. She joined the College as a program administrator for Continuing Education with responsibility for business development and subsequently moved into a management role for Extension programming.
