BUILD A CAREER AS A CARPENTER!
Build a Career as a Carpenter! In response to construction industry demand Okanagan College is providing a Residential Construction pre-apprenticeship training program in Penticton, in partnership with Greyback Construction Ltd. and Penticton Indian Band.

This 40-week program provides students with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to seek employment as an apprentice carpenter in the construction industry.

Hands on Training!

Students will be introduced to all aspects of the trade in the classroom and on a job site - students will assist in building a house in the Skaha Hills Development, Penticton, BC


Credential!

Students will receive an Okanagan College certificate for the Residential Construction Program, and they will also receive technical training credit for the first year of their Red Seal Carpentry Apprenticeship.
