Research Interests
    
Positive Psychology is the scientific study of human strengths, including the identification and nurturing of these strengths. This science investigates three main research areas: positive emotions, positive character, and positive institutions. 
 
    I work with a research team that investigates the psychological benefits of happiness.  Our happiness research covers issues on spirituality, temperament, personality, social relations, and intervention strategies with children.  If you would like to know more about our research, please see our research website
