Trades Commencement
Friday, June 1 – 6 p.m.

Vernon Convocation/Commencement
Wednesday, June 27 – 4:30 p.m.

Summer Convocation
Thursday, June 28 – 6 p.m.
Programs represented

Did you know that you need to apply to graduate to participate in Convocation?
All students who are eligible to graduate must submit a graduation application.

Deadline to apply:
Trades Commencement – May 18
Spring Convocation - March 31
Vernon Convocation - April 30
Summer Convocation - April 30
Winter Convocation - October 31

Trades Commencement:
Trades instructors will provide a form to students who wish to attend or it can be downloaded here.

Continuing Studies:
Continuing Studies students can contact the Continuing Studies office for an application form or download a copy here for the Vernon ceremony (June 27) or the Kelowna ceremony (June 28).

Application forms for all other students can be obtained at the Registrar's Office or by following this link. There is a $30 fee to attend a ceremony. This fee covers regalia rental, a souvenir grad cap and an Okanagan College parchment folder.
