A 4th year BBA Honours student, Justin Egert, is conducting a research project for the Alumni Association to help determine how the OCAA can better serve you.  

In return for a few minutes of your time, you can email the information requested at the end of the survey to be entered into a draw for 1 of 3 $100 gift cards to a retailer of your choice (i.e. Orchard Park Shopping Centre, Rona, Petro Canada, Wal-mart, iTunes, etc).
