Distinguished & Young Alumni Awards
Since 1964, Okanagan College has been conferring graduates who contribute to their communities and industries in countless ways. The Alumni Association awards are an opportunity to honour the extraordinary contributions that our graduates make to their communities.
We are proud of the impact our Alumni have locally, nationally and internationally. The recognition of accomplished alumni promotes the excellence of Okanagan College, its graduates and the Alumni Association. Their accomplishments serve as an excellent example for all who follow and are a testimony to the educational foundation provided to them by Okanagan College.
The Alumni Association established the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2002 to recognize alumni who demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following areas:
- Leadership
- The Environment
- Business or Industry

- Public or Community Service
- The Arts
- Support for Okanagan College

Established in 2006, the Young Alumni Award is presented to alumni 35 years of age or younger, who are making a successful start to their careers or positively contributing to their communities. Past recipients include:
