Welcome to Flourish, a new Wellness Project at the Penticton campus. Led by Paula Faragher and Sarah Lefebure (Student Services), Flourish is a drop-in safe space, which primarily consists of bi-weekly workshops running from September through March.

In our workshops, we explore what it takes for each of us to flourish. We will learn about and explore a variety of strategies that can help you increase your mental wellbeing and, hopefully, your success and comfort as a student. Flourish is also a place to break down stigma about mental illness and/or the challenges we all encounter in our lives, and to connect with likeminded people to learn new skills and increase the overall wellbeing of our campus community.

What you need to know

  • Open to all students
  • Bi-weekly drop-in workshops
  • Every other Monday at 2:30-3:45 
  • Please note that we have changed location! Until Feb. 5th, we'll meet in Room PC229. Starting Feb. 19th we will be meeting in Room PL109.
  • Enjoy light snacks and beverages
