This Learning Centre offers a wider variety of programs ranging from vocational, to professional development, and general interest.

The South Okanagan Community Literacy Program operates in Oliver/Osoyoos/Okanagan Falls.

Volunteer tutors are trained to work one-to-one with adults who would like to improve their reading, writing or math skills.

The program is free and has continuous intake.
