Find myOkanagan

You find your myOkanagan account from our homepage in the top right hand corner of the page. To have a look right now, simply click here to open our homepage.

Login to myOkanagan

To access your secure myOkanagan account, you require a user name and password. Your user name is your student number which for most students starts with "300" and has nine digits in total.  Your default password is your birthday in the following format: mmddyy. For example, if your birthdate is August 17, 1983, your default password is 081783. When you login for the first time, the system will ask you to choose a new password (please write it down in a secure spot, so you don't forget.)

Help, I can't login

If you don't know your student number or forgot your password, we provide some assistance right on the login page. You can follow the "Forgot your password?" link to reset your password, or chat with tech support by clicking on the picture below the login area. Technicians are available - online - during regular business hours when the picture indicates "ONLINE" in large green letters.

If you still have problems accessing your myOkanagan account, please call the IT Services Help Desk at: 1-866-839-4032 or complete an online myOkanagan Password Reset Request.

Where do I find the info?

Once you are logged into myOkanagan, you will see some tabs at the top (ie. Connect, Applicant, Student, Social Hub). The Student tab is where you will spend most of your time and where you can register for courses, view your student records, download and print your T2202A tax forms etc.
